Job Description
TEAM LEADER
- Lead and supervise branch employees.
- Oversee loan approvals, disbursements, and collections.
- Prepare financial analyses and reports.
- Market the branch within the community to grow accounts.
- Plan and forecast branch objectives aligned with company goals.
