We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Handler to join our IT team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage our online sales operations, primarily on platforms like Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce marketplaces. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers, from product listing to order fulfillment, and requires a dynamic individual capable of adapting to a fast-paced digital retail environment.

• Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Noon.
• Process orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive ratings.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost online sales.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and stay updated on market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and meet business goals.

Preferred: Female candidates with prior e-commerce experience and IT knowledge.
