Job Description
  • Develop strong business relations with assigned customers and connect with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and help them achieve their objectives by providing tailored solutions to them.
  • Stay updated on the company’s services, products and services.
  • Understand industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the existing accounts and beyond.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key decision makers for the allocated accounts.
  • Monitor the health of assigned accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through regular check-ins.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to improve customer experience and enhance retention.
  • Escalate client issues to the management when necessary.
  • Negotiate, close and manage service agreements including carrying out regular customer reviews with the assigned accounts to assess customer satisfaction and propose improvements.
  • Provide the management with regular reports on account performance, sales activities, pipelines and forecast.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor’s activities to stay competitive.
  • Take lead in tendering and tender management for both technical and financial proposal and proactively follow up.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or any other business-related course.
  • Proven 4-5 years work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Experience in the telecommunication industry is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate and present information to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
  • Analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of customer focus and commitment to delivering results.
  • Proven track record managing clients’ relationships and achieving sales targets.
