We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Telemarketing Executive cum Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role combines telemarketing and customer service responsibilities to ensure excellent customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide solutions promptly.
  • Maintain a customer database and update records after each interaction.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and offers.
  • Assist customers in resolving complaints, issues, or queries effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
