Hiring Procurement Officer

• Looking for a Procurement officer to join our team for an exciting project with NGT in Dubai !
• Required : 3 – 4 years in (Manufacturing industry experience preferred) precast
• Language: Proficiency in English is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning identifying the materials and equipment required for the projects
• 2Reviewing the project requirements to ensure timely procurement of goods and services
• sourcing and selecting suppliers for construction materials machinery, and services
• Negotiate contracts and prices with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
• preparing and issuing purchase for construction materials and services
• ensuring all the orders are processed and delivered on time
• maintaining records of purchasing materials and monitoring inventory
• Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage
• Quality control, Documentation and record keeping, contract management, Reporting, collaboration, compliance and Risk management.
