Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
* Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and operational systems.
* Supervise office building maintenance, housekeeping, and ensure a safe, clean, and professional workplace.
* Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
* Support internal teams with resource allocation and logistical planning.
* Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.
* Handle employee records, travel arrangements, and office events coordination.
Key Requirements:
* Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administrative functions, including building maintenance and housekeeping, in the UAE.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Knowledge of UAE labor laws and office operations is essential.
