Our client is a distributor of FMCG products, and they are seeking to hire a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk environment. The role also involves administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Handle mail and courier services, including sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and updating records.
  • Provide basic information about the company and its services to callers and visitors.
  • Ensure security by following procedures for visitor sign-ins and issuing visitor passes.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory for the reception area and coordinate restocking as needed.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as assigned.
  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
