Support the HR manager to manage the HR team in daily activities
Create HR-related reports
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR.
· Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
