We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely delivery of goods and services. Additionally, the role requires the candidate to manage the registration process for the company to become a verified distributor, agent, or sales representative with multinational companies.

This position demands strong negotiation skills, market research expertise, and a deep understanding of procurement and business development strategies to align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Operations:

* Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality.

* Manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements with vendors.

* Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services to meet project deadlines.

2. Supplier Management:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

* Evaluate supplier performance regularly and address issues proactively.

* Develop a reliable vendor database for future procurement needs.

3. Market Research & Analysis:

* Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.

* Monitor industry trends to ensure procurement aligns with market standards.

4. Registration & Business Representation:

* Lead the process of registering the company as a verified distributor, agent, or sales representative with multinational companies.

* Prepare and submit all necessary documents and certifications required by multinational organizations.

* Build relationships with key decision-makers in multinational corporations to facilitate partnerships and representation.

5. Compliance & Documentation:

* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

* Maintain accurate procurement and registration records, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, and verification documents.

6. Budget Management:

* Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets and forecasts.

* Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

7. Collaboration:

* Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and priorities.

* Resolve any procurement-related issues that arise during project execution.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, business development, or a related field, preferably in Dubai or the GCC region.

* Strong experience with vendor registration processes for multinational companies is highly desirable.

* Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.

* Familiarity with UAE market regulations and customs procedures is a plus.

* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage).

* Proven ability to manage multiple procurement and registration projects simultaneously.

* Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to build long-term supplier and corporate relationships.

Compensation:

* Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience.
