Job Description
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at the hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere and attend to guests' needs professionally.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing accurate information about the hotel’s services and amenities.
  • Manage bookings, reservations, and cancellations using the hotel’s system.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Degree or diploma in any relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer systems and hotel booking software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
