An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Website & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and strengthen an organization’s digital presence across website management, e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, and social media platforms. This role is ideal for a creative, commercially driven professional who is passionate about growing online brands and driving digital performance.

The successful candidate will oversee website operations, execute digital marketing campaigns, manage content strategies, and analyze performance metrics to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and online sales across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage website content, functionality, user experience, and overall website performance.

• Upload and maintain products, collections, pricing, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

• Monitor inventory, sales performance, checkout processes, and conversion rates.

• Coordinate with developers and operations teams to resolve website issues.

• Plan and execute digital marketing, email marketing, and product launch campaigns.

• Optimize on-page SEO, keywords, metadata, URLs, and website images.

• Track website traffic, search rankings, conversions, and campaign performance.

• Manage content and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.

• Develop content calendars and coordinate posts, reels, stories, photography, and video content.

• Monitor customer engagement, comments, reviews, and online enquiries.

• Prepare analytical reports and recommend data-driven improvements to strengthen digital performance.

• Ensure all digital communications maintain consistent brand identity and messaging.

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce, website management, and digital marketing.

• Strong content writing and copywriting skills.

• Hands-on experience with SEO and social media management.

• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.

• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics tools.

• Strong English communication, organizational, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of website development and user experience (UX).

Strong knowledge of:

• SEO, digital marketing, and content strategy

• Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms

• Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics
