Position Overview
This role supports key operational functions, including the development and maintenance of company websites, mobile applications, and related technologies essential for team systems and management requirements. It also involves maintaining and organizing work-related data and information.
Responsibilities
Website Management
- Develop and enhance existing and upcoming websites to deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Oversee e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth and efficient customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records and data for both internal teams and customer users.
Information Technology
- Support the setup and management of customer service software and related digital tools.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams through technology solutions.
- Assist with additional IT-related tasks as needed to support operational goals.
- Knowledge of the programming language used to create ERP software.
