Description:
A fast-growing travel and tourism company in Dubai is currently looking to hire a motivated and experienced Travel Specialist to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and customer-focused environment within the travel industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring smooth coordination of services, and delivering excellent customer experiences across flights, hotels, visas, holidays, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries
• Handle global visa processing and documentation requirements
• Design and organize holiday packages and customized travel solutions
• Support event travel arrangements and corporate travel planning
• Provide high-quality customer service and travel consultation
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, airlines, and hotel partners
• Ensure smooth execution of travel plans with attention to detail and accuracy
• Resolve travel-related issues and provide timely solutions to clients
• Stay updated with travel industry trends, regulations, and destination knowledge
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in Travel, DMC, Events, or Hospitality industry preferred
• Strong expertise in flights, hotels, visas, holidays, and event coordination
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of travel booking systems and industry tools
• Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
