Description:

BCC International is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Transport / Fleet Manager to join its expanding operations team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a solid background in fleet operations, transportation management, and logistics coordination who can efficiently oversee daily fleet activities while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing transportation operations, supervising drivers, monitoring vehicle performance, and ensuring that all fleet activities are carried out smoothly and professionally. Candidates with strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transport and fleet operations across company projects and business activities

• Manage drivers, schedules, route planning, and transportation coordination efficiently

• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and operational readiness of the fleet

• Ensure compliance with UAE transportation regulations, safety procedures, and company policies

• Coordinate fleet inspections, documentation, and operational reporting

• Maintain accurate transportation records and monitor fleet performance

• Handle operational challenges and implement effective transport solutions when required

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics and transportation support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in transport or fleet management

• Strong understanding of fleet operations, logistics coordination, and vehicle maintenance

• Ability to effectively manage drivers, schedules, and transportation compliance

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to operational efficiency

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
