We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Timekeeper (Site Based) to join our construction site team in the UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role suited for individuals who are organized, accurate with records, and comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
The Timekeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records and ensuring that workforce data is properly documented for payroll and reporting purposes. This role requires close coordination with site supervisors and HR teams to ensure manpower information is up to date and correctly recorded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily attendance of site workers and staff
- Prepare and organize timesheets for payroll processing
- Track overtime hours, leave records, and shift schedules accurately
- Coordinate with site supervisors regarding manpower planning and allocation
- Compile weekly and monthly manpower and attendance reports
- Maintain organized documentation of employee records and site-related data
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling workforce information
Requirements:
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site construction environment
