Key Responsibilities:
• Telecaller – Real Estate
• Generate qualified leads through outbound calling activities.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and maintain regular client follow-ups.
• Build positive relationships with prospective clients and update customer records accurately.
• Real Estate Sales Agent
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional real estate advice.
• Negotiate transactions and guide clients throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Sales Manager – Real Estate
• Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.
• Develop business strategies to increase sales performance and revenue.
• Monitor team targets, provide coaching, and drive business development initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and successful deal closures.
Requirements:
• Telecaller – Real Estate
• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate telecalling experience.
