The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales teams, achieving targets, building strong client relationships, and supporting continuous improvement in sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop strategies to improve sales performance and meet assigned targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
