Role Summary

We are looking for a self-driven, target-oriented sales leader with direct experience in checkoff products. The ideal candidate will lead from the front, motivate a team of agents, and close deals personally when needed. Strong communication, persuasion, and discipline are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front. Personally demonstrate sales excellence and set the pace for the team.
  • Build and maintain a strong referral pipeline. Develop relationships and leverage networks to generate quality leads.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to consistently hit and exceed targets.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through individual effort and team management.
  • Represent the MOMENTUM brand with excellence in every client interaction and public setting.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in checkoff product sales.
  • Hands-on sales leadership experience (closing deals and managing a team).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion ability.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.

  • Ability to lead from the front and close deals when needed.
