Description:
Al Sanawbar School is continuing its hiring process for the 2026–2027 academic year and is looking to expand its academic team across multiple K–12 teaching and leadership positions. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with curriculum standards for assigned subjects and grade levels
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to support student learning outcomes
• Monitor student progress and provide regular academic feedback
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic leadership to improve teaching quality
• Support school initiatives, events, and academic programs
• For Head of Department role: oversee subject curriculum planning and teacher coordination within the department
• Ensure compliance with school academic policies and teaching standards
• Contribute to overall student development and academic achievement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area is mandatory
• Teaching Diploma or valid Teaching License required
• IELTS requirement: 7.0 for English Teachers | 6.0 for Science Teachers
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a K–12 academic environment
• Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE
• Passion for teaching and student development
