The school is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Systems & Data Coordinator to support and manage academic systems, student data, and regulatory compliance requirements. This role plays a vital part in maintaining data integrity, system efficiency, and smooth academic operations across the institution.
• Administer, maintain, and oversee core academic and administrative systems including SMS, LMS, ESIS, ADEK Pass, and timetabling platforms
• Ensure complete accuracy, compliance, and proper governance of student and academic data
• Manage ADEK and ESIS reporting requirements, inspections, audits, and official submissions
• Support academic processes such as timetabling, assessments, transcripts, and formal school reports
• Provide training and guidance to staff on system usage and best practices
• Improve system workflows, reporting accuracy, and integrations across platforms
• Coordinate closely with IT teams, academic departments, and external system vendors
This position is strictly focused on systems management, data accuracy, and compliance and is not a general IT support role. The role is essential to ensuring reliable academic operations and regulatory alignment.
