Role Overview
This position sits at the centre of our property sales operation, combining hands-on supervision of our Tele Sales team with oversight of the research function that feeds them. You will be the person who turns individual effort into consistent team output, making sure every call counts and every lead is ready for our Real Estate Advisors. Day to day, you are coaching, monitoring, and refining how our team works, so that productivity stays high and quality never slips.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the daily rhythm of the tele sales floor, from assigning tasks and managing breaks to keeping everyone on schedule and accountable.
- Track attendance, punctuality, and adherence to shift plans, stepping in quickly when patterns need correction.
- Facilitate short team huddles, regular one-to-ones, and structured performance reviews that give every team member a clear sense of their progress and next steps.
- Push team performance toward activity, quality, and conversion targets, using live dashboards and call data to spot where support is needed.
- Listen to recorded calls and provide direct, actionable feedback that improves call quality and converts more leads.
- Work with Quality Analysts to spot skill gaps, then coordinate with HR and operations to build or adjust training content.
- Design and deliver refresher sessions, role plays, and updated standard operating procedures that keep knowledge fresh and consistent.
- Own the onboarding experience for new Property Executives, guiding them through their first weeks and mentoring them through early challenges.
- Oversee the Research Property Executives, ensuring they deliver accurate, call-ready leads on time and that Salesforce stays updated as the single source of truth.
- Collaborate with Real Estate Advisors to tighten the feedback loop between lead generation and conversion, and drive continuous process improvements that reduce friction and raise compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, real estate, information management, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a tele sales or contact centre environment, with a solid understanding of what drives outbound call success.
- Minimum one year in a supervisory, team lead, or coaching capacity, showing you can manage people and performance.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including maintaining data accuracy and using it to track leads and activity.
- A practical command of coaching techniques, with the ability to analyse call quality and turn findings into improved behaviour.
- Strong organisational skills to juggle shift management, training coordination, and reporting without losing sight of the bigger picture.
