Description:
A growing logistics and freight forwarding company in Dubai is looking to hire a capable and experienced Supervisor – Operations & Customer Service to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in global freight forwarding operations along with proven leadership abilities to manage teams and ensure smooth day-to-day business execution. This role focuses on operational efficiency, vendor coordination, and delivering high-quality customer service across UAE operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of freight forwarding and shipping activities within the UAE
• Manage end-to-end operational workflows to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain smooth logistics operations
• Lead and supervise team members to ensure productivity and performance targets are achieved
• Handle customer service operations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
• Ensure compliance with company standards and logistics regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or graduate qualification in a relevant discipline
• 5–6 years of proven experience in global freight forwarding within the UAE
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
