Front of House – Team Member
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming guest experience
• Take orders accurately and handle POS transactions
• Serve food and beverages as per brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet
• Support team members during peak operational hours

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in a similar role (F&B / café / restaurant preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends

Front of House – Supervisor
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations
• Lead, train, and motivate FOH team members
• Ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, and brand standards
• Handle customer feedback and operational issues professionally
• Support scheduling, cash handling, and reporting

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in a supervisory role within F&B or hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience handling customer service and operational challenges
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
