Front of House – Team Member
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming guest experience
- Take orders accurately and handle POS transactions
- Serve food and beverages as per brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet
- Support team members during peak operational hours
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in a similar role (F&B / café / restaurant preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
Front of House – Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH team members
- Ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, and brand standards
- Handle customer feedback and operational issues professionally
- Support scheduling, cash handling, and reporting
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in a supervisory role within F&B or hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience handling customer service and operational challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
