Role Overview
The Store Manager leads the day-to-day running of a DuoZouLu retail store in the UAE, balancing customer service, team leadership, and commercial performance. The role also involves helping other locations when needed, supporting consistent operating standards and sales results across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store activities and address operational issues promptly.
- Set a strong example of attentive, customer-focused service and help resolve customer concerns.
- Track sales and store KPIs, identify areas that need improvement, and take practical steps to strengthen results.
- Lead, coach, and encourage team members, supporting their development and performance.
- Maintain store presentation and an orderly, efficient working environment.
- Coordinate team priorities to support smooth service and effective store operations.
- Travel to or provide operational support for other store locations when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong experience managing a retail store or retail team.
- Demonstrated ability to improve sales performance and work toward store KPIs.
- Confident leadership, communication, coaching, and team-motivation skills.
- Sound understanding of retail operations and customer service.
- A practical, positive approach and willingness to take an active role in daily store work.
- Flexibility to support locations across the UAE as business needs require.
