Store In-Charge

Thomsun General Trading is looking for an experienced and responsible Store In-Charge to manage warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory control. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of storekeeping, ERP systems, documentation processes, and warehouse management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling material receiving, storage, issuing processes, inventory accuracy, warehouse reporting, and supervising daily store activities. Candidates with experience in trading companies and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

• Prepare GRN, Delivery Orders, sales invoices, and sales return entries through the ERP system.

• Ensure all deliveries are supported by valid ERP-generated Delivery Orders.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.

• Identify and report stock discrepancies, non-moving items, and slow-moving inventory.

• Ensure proper documentation for sales returns, cash collections, and warehouse transactions.

• Coordinate maintenance and renewal of warehouse vehicles and equipment.

• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety, and security standards.

• Supervise warehouse assistants and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Prepare and submit daily and periodic warehouse reports.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping, preferably within a trading company.

• Good knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
