Role Overview

At Munich Auto Parts, a busy auto parts warehouse in Umm-Ramool, Dubai, the Storekeeper is the backbone of daily order fulfilment and stock control. Day to day you'll be moving between the shelves and the dispatch area, picking parts accurately, receiving new deliveries, and making sure every bin, shelf and pallet is clearly labelled and easy to find. Your work directly affects how quickly customers get their orders and how smoothly the whole warehouse runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble auto parts against customer orders, checking part numbers and quantities to keep dispatch error-free.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify delivery notes against actual goods, and record everything in the inventory system.
• Sort new stock into the correct storage locations and update location labels so that parts can be found instantly.
• Inspect parts on arrival for damage, rust, wrong variants or missing pieces, quarantining anything that fails quality checks.
• Monitor stock levels daily and report low-quantity items so that reordering can happen before a shortage affects orders.
• Keep the warehouse floor clean, clear and hazard-free, with emptied cartons, pallets and wrapping removed as you work.
• Assist with periodic stocktakes and cycle counts, investigating discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Support the dispatch team by packing and labelling parts securely so that they reach customers in good condition.

Requirements & Qualifications

• No minimum years of experience; both fresh candidates and experienced storekeepers are welcome to apply.
• Basic familiarity with automotive spare parts or a strong ability to learn part numbers quickly.
• Ability to read order sheets and match alphanumeric part numbers without mixing up similar-looking items.
• Good physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting and moving around the warehouse for most of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail for checking quantities, quality and storage locations.
• Basic literacy for record-keeping and understanding product labels.
• Willingness to work full-time at the Umm-Ramool location and follow safety procedures at all times.
