We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist to join our team and contribute to delivering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about wellness and committed to providing high-quality spa treatments while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining service excellence and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a variety of professional spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies in accordance with established standards
• Assess guest preferences and needs, offering personalized treatment recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities
• Ensure outstanding customer service to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance guest experience and support business growth
Requirements:
• Certification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field
• Prior experience working in a similar Spa Therapist role
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a professional approach
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and service excellence
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
