Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across multiple platforms

• Create engaging content including captions, graphics, reels, and promotional posts

• Plan and schedule social media content to maintain consistent online activity

• Monitor audience engagement, comments, and messages to improve customer interaction

• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms

• Analyze campaign performance, engagement reports, and audience insights

• Support brand awareness and online marketing initiatives through creative strategies

• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing

• Must currently be residing in the United Arab Emirates

• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms

• Experience in content creation, post management, and audience engagement strategies

• Knowledge of managing paid advertisements and analyzing campaign performance

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a professional team environment
