Role Overview
You will own the digital voice of a Nairobi-based real estate investment firm, turning dense property data, market research, and investment structures into clear, compelling content for institutional stakeholders and high-net-worth buyers. Day to day, this means balancing content ideation with paid campaign management: you will shape LinkedIn thought-leadership pieces, brief video producers on property walkthroughs, adjust ad targeting for diaspora investors, and review conversion data to keep lead quality high. Your work directly influences how credible the firm appears in the B2B investment space and how many qualified inquiries reach the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a digital brand strategy that aligns with the firm's commercial objectives, with tailored messaging for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Translate property research, economic reports, and investment analyses into authoritative long-form articles, whitepapers, explainer posts, and shareable visual assets.
- Manage corporate LinkedIn communications to nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices, corporate stakeholders, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Search, targeting specific buyer segments including diaspora investors and local HNWIs.
- Monitor advertising spend, cost-per-lead, click-through rates, and attribution data, then adjust targeting and creative to improve conversion quality.
- Coordinate the production of video content — property walkthroughs, executive commentary, Reels, and educational investor series — while managing external videographers and designers.
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar that balances thought leadership content, market insights, and property promotions across all channels.
- Track digital KPIs using web and social analytics tools, then deliver monthly reports that highlight return on ad spend, audience growth, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content strategy, brand communications, or social media management, with a strong performance-marketing component.
- Proven ability to manage LinkedIn as a B2B engagement channel, including organic thought-leadership content and paid LinkedIn campaigns.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead-generation funnels, including retargeting workflows, A/B testing, and landing page optimisation.
- Comfort with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, content management systems, and social media scheduling software.
- Strong copywriting skills for senior decision-makers and investor audiences, with the ability to simplify complex financial and property concepts.
- Experience in real estate, investment advisory, financial services, or premium corporate sectors is an added advantage.
