BigMart is currently hiring a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to strengthen and grow its digital presence in Ajman, UAE. This role is ideal for a passionate content professional who can combine creativity, strategy, and analytics to enhance brand visibility across multiple social media platforms.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and driving audience growth while ensuring consistent brand storytelling and online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos including Reels and TikTok content showcasing products and in-store experiences

• Develop and manage social media content calendars to improve brand awareness and engagement

• Plan and execute digital content strategies aligned with marketing goals

• Manage community engagement by responding to messages, comments, and customer inquiries

• Monitor social media trends, viral content, and UAE market updates to keep content relevant

• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports to improve reach and ROI

• Maintain consistent brand voice and online reputation across all platforms

• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotions

• Identify opportunities for creative storytelling and audience growth

• Stay updated with social media tools, algorithms, and platform updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing

• Strong skills in photo/video creation and editing for digital platforms

• Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies
