A leading Roads & Infrastructure company in the UAE is looking to hire experienced Site Engineers to support its growing portfolio of infrastructure projects. Multiple vacancies are available across Roads, Utilities, and Structures disciplines for professionals with strong technical knowledge and UAE project experience.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring all works are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Review drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering support.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned works while maintaining project quality.
• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support effective communication between all project stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong UAE experience in roads and infrastructure projects is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of construction activities, site supervision, and project specifications.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, method statements, and quality requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

• Roads Construction (Asphalt, Earthworks, Kerbstone & Drainage)
• Utilities (Sewerage, Stormwater, Water Networks & Pumping Stations)
• Infrastructure Structures (Bridges, Flyovers, Underpasses & Retaining Walls)
• Site Supervision & Project Coordination
• BOQs, Drawings & Method Statements
• Quality Standards & Construction Specifications
