Site Engineer (Civil)

ASGC Group is seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to support ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural and finishing works, with the ability to manage daily site operations while ensuring work is completed according to approved plans and project specifications.

This role requires close coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to maintain quality, safety, and project timelines. Candidates with immediate availability and solid technical knowledge of construction practices are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities, including excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, blockwork, and finishing works.

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and participate in site inspections.

• Verify that delivered materials meet approved technical specifications.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in line with company policies.

• Maintain accurate site records, technical reports, and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 5–7 years of relevant site engineering experience.

• Strong experience in structural and finishing works.

• Good knowledge of construction standards, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate technical drawings.

• Strong communication, coordination, and site management skills.

• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• MS Office applications.

• AutoCAD.

• Engineering and construction management software
