Innovations Global is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET technologies and FINIQ platforms. This full-time onsite role in Dubai focuses on the development and maintenance of enterprise banking systems supporting treasury operations, wealth management solutions, and other core financial products.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining high-performance, secure, and compliant applications within a regulated banking environment. The ideal candidate will bring both technical excellence and hands-on experience in the financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using the .NET technology stack for banking systems
- Build, customize, and enhance FINIQ-based solutions to support complex financial products and workflows
- Ensure application performance, system stability, and compliance with banking and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while minimizing system downtime
- Support and lead system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements across financial platforms
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET technologies and FINIQ platforms
- Mandatory experience working in Banking or Financial Services environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred
