The ideal candidate should have significant exposure to the UAE reinsurance market and proven skills in managing treaty and facultative arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee treaty and facultative reinsurance arrangements within General Insurance lines.
• Manage and optimize reinsurance relationships, ensuring compliance with UAE market standards.

• Analyze risk exposure and evaluate reinsurance structures to mitigate potential liabilities.
