Job Title: Procurement Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing local suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and driving continuous improvement in our procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage local suppliers – Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable local vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality materials and services.
- Negotiate the best prices – Secure competitive pricing without compromising on quality, delivery timelines, or service standards.
- Keep inventory flowing and stock levels healthy – Monitor inventory turnover, forecast demand, and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Drive process improvements across procurement – Analyze workflows, implement best practices, and introduce tools or strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.
Qualifications
