Senior Logistics Executive / Senior Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations and ensure timely movement of goods.

• Handle import and export documentation while maintaining compliance with regulations.

• Negotiate with freight providers and manage transportation efficiently.

• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory coordination.

• Manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, and sourcing strategies.

• Negotiate contracts and identify cost-effective purchasing opportunities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics or procurement roles.

• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Experience with import/export documentation and supply chain operations.

• Vendor management and strategic sourcing experience.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Freight negotiation and logistics coordination.

• Warehouse and supply chain operations.

• Procurement practices and vendor management.

• Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry (preferred for Senior Procurement Officer).
