Lecturer / Senior Lecturer Position (Relevant Field)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic to join our faculty as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in the relevant area of specialty. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, research, and university service while demonstrating a strong record of scholarly achievement and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• Earned PhD degree in the relevant area of specialty.

Key Requirements

• At least 32 publication points, with 24 of those points derived from articles in refereed scholarly journals since being appointed as a Lecturer.
• A minimum of five (5) years of university teaching experience, including at least three (3) years as a full-time Lecturer.
• Successful supervision to completion of at least four (4) Master's students since being appointed as a Lecturer.
• Evidence of active participation and leadership in university activities.
• Demonstrated attendance and contribution at learned conferences, seminars, or workshops.
• Evidence of successfully securing at least one (1) research grant since being appointed as a Lecturer.
• Evidence of continued research activity and output.

Additional Information

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field in addition to the PhD. All publicational, teaching, supervisory, grant‑seeking, and service records must be verifiable. Appointment will be at a rank commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
