Senior Delivery Manager

Role Overview

As Senior Delivery Manager, you will guide complex technology programmes from planning through release, coordinating several delivery teams working on enterprise software, SaaS products and digital services. Your work will keep priorities, risks and resources aligned across technical and business groups, helping the organisation deliver dependable outcomes for clients and stakeholders across the UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Set delivery plans and oversee enterprise software, SaaS and digital transformation initiatives through their full lifecycle.
• Coordinate multiple agile teams, aligning engineering, product and business contributors on scope, dependencies and milestones.
• Track schedules, capacity, risks and delivery progress, and take action when plans need adjustment.
• Work with product managers and business stakeholders to translate objectives into practical delivery priorities.
• Report progress and material issues to senior leaders, offering clear options and recommendations.
• Apply agile and hybrid approaches to suit programme needs, and improve delivery practices based on lessons learned.
• Support major software releases with attention to readiness, quality and minimising operational disruption.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 11 years of experience in technology delivery, including SaaS or digital product work.
• Evidence of delivering enterprise software, e-commerce and government digital service projects.
• Experience leading large technology initiatives across the UAE and GCC, including several agile teams at once.
• A track record of delivering significant software releases on schedule while limiting operational issues.
• Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills, including engagement with executives and technical teams.
• Strong working knowledge of agile and hybrid delivery, SaaS, digital transformation and programme management.
• ICAgile and PMP certifications are required; product management qualifications are advantageous.
• Relevant professional experience and qualifications in technology or delivery management.
