Pest Control Supervisor

Role Overview

The Pest Control Supervisor will organize daily service work across customer sites in Dubai, guide technicians in carrying out treatments, and address operational issues as they arise. This role helps ensure that pest control services are delivered reliably, safely, and in line with applicable procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily assignments, technician schedules, and activity across multiple service locations.
• Guide technicians on treatment procedures, site requirements, and safe use and handling of pest control chemicals.
• Check completed work for service quality and adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Maintain clear records of jobs, treatments, site activity, and operational issues.
• Coordinate service arrangements with clients and internal teams to support timely delivery.
• Respond to site or scheduling problems and follow through on solutions that support customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant experience in pest control operations, including responsibility for supervising or coordinating a team.
• Practical knowledge of pest control methods, safety procedures, and chemical handling.
• Ability to organize technician workloads and coordinate service across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• A diploma or certificate in pest control, environmental health, or a related subject is relevant to the role.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred; Dubai Municipality approval or relevant pest control certifications are an advantage.
