About Us
We are an established equipment trading company based in Umm Ramool, Dubai, seeking a dedicated and capable female Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and management skills, combined with solid field knowledge to ensure tasks are completed effectively. Familiarity with financial and cash flow statements is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and handle phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Communicate clearly and simply in both written and oral forms.
- Manage administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Assist with financial documentation and cash flow statements as needed.
- Work independently while remaining proactive and organized.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE (mandatory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (preferred).
- Presentable, intelligent, proactive, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Experience: Secretary role – 2 years (preferred); Secretary cum Accountant – 2 years (preferred).
- Relocation: Must reliably commute to Umm Ramool, Dubai, or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
Compensation & Job Type
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: Up to AED 3,000.00 per month
