- Promote medical equipment, devices, physiotherapy and rehabilitation products, and other assigned healthcare products, matching recommendations to customer requirements.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, arrange trials where appropriate, and direct technical or clinical questions to the relevant internal teams.
- Plan territory coverage and account activity to meet sales targets, strengthen product presence, and identify cross-selling opportunities with current customers.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular visits, prompt responses to enquiries, and coordination with internal teams on order fulfilment, delivery, installation, training, or after-sales support where applicable.
- Prepare quotations and sales documents, track orders, and follow up on invoices and overdue payments in line with company processes.
- Record visits, leads, opportunities, customer details, sales activity, and follow-up commitments in the CRM; provide forecasts and updates on performance, pipeline, collections, and market or competitor activity.

- Diploma or degree in sales and marketing, business administration, medical sales, biomedical engineering, clinical medicine, physiotherapy, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant B2B sales experience in medical equipment, medical devices, pharmaceutical products, healthcare supplies, or a related area.
- Evidence of winning new customers and converting prospects into active accounts, preferably with experience selling to healthcare facilities or institutional buyers.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly and accurately.
- A valid driving licence and readiness to make regular field visits within the assigned territory.
- Ability to organise territory activity independently, follow up consistently, and work towards sales targets.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the discipline to maintain accurate CRM records, sales documentation, and reports.
- Experience with physiotherapy, rehabilitation, orthopaedic, diagnostic, or hospital equipment is an advantage.
