HRM Recruitment is seeking a motivated, confident, and target-driven Sales Recruiter / Customer Service Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and candidates.
This role involves handling client communication, generating leads, supporting recruitment activities, and building strong business relationships. Candidates with experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or business development will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients and candidates to understand requirements and provide support.
• Generate leads and build strong business relationships through effective communication.
• Handle outbound calls and maintain regular client interactions.
• Support recruitment and business development activities to achieve targets.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in outbound calling and client interactions.
• Proactive and target-oriented approach.
• Recruitment/manpower industry experience will be an advantage.
• Dubai-based candidates are preferred.
