Role Overview

MIYO is hiring a Sales Personnel team member in Dubai to guide customers through its luxury confectionery offering and deliver attentive, tailored service. The role combines product recommendations, accurate order and payment handling, and coordination of special requests so each customer interaction reflects the brand’s premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable products.
• Process orders, cash payments, and digital transactions carefully and accurately.
• Arrange bespoke packaging and other customer requests with attention to presentation.
• Pass special order details and customer requirements to the kitchen and culinary team.
• Maintain professional, positive relationships with customers and represent MIYO courteously.
• Keep the sales area tidy, inviting, and consistent with a premium customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in luxury retail, upscale sales, premium food and beverage, or high-end hospitality.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and handling orders and payments.
• Fluent English; Russian or French language skills are an advantage.
• Polished, well-groomed presentation and a patient, outgoing manner suited to a premium brand.
• Interest in luxury confectionery and creating memorable, personalised customer experiences.
• A certificate, diploma, or degree in sales, hospitality, business, or a related discipline is indicated as an estimated qualification.
