Job Description
Overview
- We are hiring Sales Executives who will guide clients through our product offerings up to the execution of the sale. You will identify and prospect clients, conduct market research, and serve as a brand ambassador for the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities by prospecting new clients.
- Achieve set land sales targets weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Schedule appointments with corporate and individual clients to present company products.
- Conduct product demonstrations covering location, benefits, pricing, and payment options.
- Follow up on prospects until sale execution and ensure excellent after-sale service.
- Research and develop new ways of sourcing clients, including targeting groups and institutions for presentations.
- Track and record all leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate and be physically present during client site visits to various company projects.
- Handle inquiries and correspondence via email, phone, or face-to-face meetings.
- Follow up with payments from clients you have sourced.
- Foster strong client relationships by offering consistent support, information, and guidance.
- Submit weekly reports on leads generated and conversion performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports that summarize plans, challenges, and achievements.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven ability to sell.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of professionalism, discipline, punctuality, honesty, and loyalty.
- Strong sales and marketing skills with full end-to-end client handling.
