Sales Executive – Floorcare Division

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive in the Floorcare Division, you will grow sales across Dubai and the Northern Emirates by developing customer relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities. Your work will bring floorcare products and solutions to clients in sectors such as hospitality, facilities management, healthcare, and industry, while supporting the division’s sales targets and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and pursue new floorcare sales opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing commercial customers.
• Build business within hospitality, facilities management, healthcare, and industrial accounts.
• Arrange client visits and present relevant floorcare products and solutions.
• Discuss commercial terms and negotiate agreements with customers.
• Work toward sales targets while providing responsive support throughout the customer relationship.
• Keep customer records and sales reports up to date, and track relevant market activity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least two years of sales experience in floorcare products within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree, an engineering background, or an equivalent qualification.
• Existing connections in the UAE hospitality, facilities management, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong product knowledge covering floorcare equipment and solutions.
• Confident communication, negotiation, account management, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of business development, sales planning, customer relationship management, and the UAE commercial market.
• Self-directed approach and the ability to work toward sales goals independently.
