Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor / Supervisor
About Us
We are a reputable automotive service center based in Dubai, dedicated to delivering high-quality car care solutions including detailing, paint protection film (PPF), wrapping, and mechanical services. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team and drive our service operations to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert walk-in customers, phone inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and online leads into confirmed service bookings.
- Upsell premium service packages and vehicle protection products to maximise revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
- Supervise technicians, detailers, PPF installers, and wrapping staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor daily workflow, quality standards, and vehicle delivery schedules.
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections before each vehicle handover.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry (mandatory).
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking is a plus.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: AED 5,000.00 - AED 8,000.00 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
