Reno International is looking for a mid-level Sales Executive to join its team in Dubai. The company specializes in delivering large-scale villa and building projects across the UAE and is seeking a motivated sales professional who can drive business growth and manage strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have UAE sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from client inquiries and quotations to project coordination and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate site visits and technical requirements with design and production teams.
• Follow up on payments, delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business opportunities.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of UAE sales experience.
• Experience in joinery, construction, interiors, or related industries is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
