LEAD CRANE LLC is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Engineer – Heavy Equipment & Cranes to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for engineering professionals with a strong sales background who are passionate about promoting heavy machinery and delivering technical solutions to clients across the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and preparing technical and commercial proposals while contributing to the company’s continued growth in the heavy equipment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote heavy machinery, cranes, and engineering solutions to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while expanding the company’s market presence.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Manage sales pipelines and follow up on quotations and business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in heavy equipment or crane sales.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Own vehicle and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Heavy machinery and crane applications.
• Technical sales, negotiations, and proposal preparation.
• Customer relationship management and business development.
