We are currently hiring an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead and support the operational performance of our luxury jewellery retail stores in Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can manage teams, optimize store performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze sales figures, KPIs, and overall store performance
- Supervise staff productivity, scheduling, attendance, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations while maintaining brand standards
- Enhance in-store customer experience and operational workflows
- Collaborate closely with senior management to achieve business targets and expansion goals
Requirements:
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
- Demonstrated experience in retail operations or store management is mandatory
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management abilities
- Background in luxury retail or jewellery operations is an advantage
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and performance-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
