A fast-paced restaurant in Dubai is urgently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver an outstanding dining experience. The restaurant specializes in Pakistani, Indian, Chinese, and Grill cuisine and is seeking a dedicated professional with strong leadership and operational management skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations, leading the team, maintaining high customer service standards, and creating a positive dining environment. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and operational reporting.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Monitor service quality and support continuous operational improvements.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of UAE experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager (preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong customer relationship and customer service skills.
• Experience in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
